OOC Information.
Name: Whatever you want to be called by the other players.
Age: Keep in mind that the game is one with mature themes.
E-mail: Pretty self-explanatory -- how we can get ahold of you.
AIM: See above.
Time Zone: Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern -- whatever.
PB: Who you will be using to portray your character.
Journal: The journal you plan to use for your character.
Canon or OC: This one's easy.
Non-Counted Plot Character or Normal: (note: offered for a limited time; if a NPCP then they do not count as one of your four characters, but the mods have total discretion over what happens to them (ie: maiming, death, etc))

IC -- General Information.
Name: Your character's name.
Alias: Your character's nickname(s), or false identities if applicable.
Field Name: Cyclops, Storm (required, even if they've never set foot in the Danger Room and never plan on it)
Age and Birthdate: Your character's age/DOB.
Nationality: From which country does your character hail?

Genetic Information.
Mutation: If applicable -- the more in-depth, the better. Include limitations.
Registered Mutant: Is your character a registered mutant under the guidelines of the Mutant Registration Act? Why or why not?

Personal Information.
Appearance: Hair/eye color, height/weight/build, dress style, etc.
Personality: What is your character like? Do they play well with others? Why / why not? Include likes/dislikes, limitations/skills, personal views, etc.
History: Some background information on your character -- a brief synopsis of their life up until now.
Status: Student, Faculty, Staff, Resident, etc


Writing samples.- (required even if you are already a member of BE, comp. journals are a-okay, but we may ask for more samples.)
Sample third-person post: Action post (can be used as your character's introduction in-game).
Sample first-person post: Journal post (can be used as your character's first journal entry in-game).

Plot/Character development plans
Not required, but preferred. Include any possible ideas you might already have in mind for developing your character in game as far as interactions, possible plots, etc
