STUDENT ROOMS
-- Two bedrooms share a bathroom. 4 kids to 1 bathroom = fair ratio. Exceptions can be made (IE: For the Stepfords), but that's on an individual basis. Red X's on the diagrams show where the bathrooms are.
-- Students are free to decorate however they like, but no painting the walls. Use disposable wallpaper or posters.
-- Yes, there's only one desk, but either share or ask the Professor for another. ;)


ADULT/RESIDENT/FACULTY ROOMS
-- These rooms are all individual, and they all have their own bathrooms and one closet instead of two. They're slightly larger, but fundamentally the same as the student rooms. They have full-sized beds instead of twin bunkbeds, but if they want to, they can put their full in storage and bring in their own bed.
-- Same rules apply for decorating. Alcohol is allowed in the mini fridge if you're over 21.
