Quick tech stuff:
Image inducers -- Yes. As phones, bracelets, or necklaces.
Power inhibitors/nullifiers -- No. Department H is currently testing a bracelet-inhibitor but there is nothing on the markets or the streets of that nature.
Unstable molecules -- Yes, but there's no Fantastic Four, so they were invented by Some Random Guy Way Back When.
Kick -- Not here yet.
